Gabrielle was amazing! She organized everything so efficiently it all seemed to go by in a flash. We're seniors and were nervous about the whole process, but Gabrielle and Talia cleared the way, and made every step clear to us as we went. They staged the house impeccably, and we ended up with 100K over asking, far more than we anticipated. I would recommend Gabrielle absolutely.

We have known Gabrielle since 2020 when she helped us purchase our first home in Poulsbo during the pandemic. She was phenomenal! She helped us from start to finish and found quality contractors to execute certain changes we wanted to make especially being new to the area and not having the right connections at the time. She was able to work with us remotely while we’re still living in another state. Her knowledge of the area and the market and her negotiation abilities allowed us to buy the house for the price we wanted. She recently helped us purchase our dream home and got a price that was way under asking. She was instrumental in getting the deal closed within a month and got the seller to fix certain issues that were considered non negotiable. Not only have we found ourselves the best realtor but a true friend. She knows what she’s doing and gets the job done. Duc & Julie

I can’t say enough about Gabrielle. Yes, they did an amazing job selling my home in a very short period of time for higher than competing agents thought it could possibly sell for. Talia and Gabrielle had confidence enough for the three of us and as a result we got a full price offer within days. Beyond selling my home, and so much more important to me, is the support during and after the sale. As someone leaving Bainbridge Island to transplant to the UK, it was imperative that I had support in many other aspects including documentation, selling belongings, and just holding my hand. Gabrielle was a true professional every step of the way. She and her team found a buyer for my old house very quickly and almost as fast found the perfect new home for me. Gabrielle is very personable and friendly, she makes home buying and selling fun and easy to understand. Most importantly she had the experience to be able to advise me on competitive bidding when we found a property I really wanted. We won a very competitive bid, navigated by Gabrielle. I don’t think I would have my house without Gabrielle. She has also been very helpful in identifying fixes I might consider and even recommending pros to do the work. I would definitely go with Gabrielle and her team again except for the fact that I never expect to have to move again; I can’t imagine a better place for me than my new home. Five stars for sure!

Bought and sold a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2024 in Kingston, WA.
Gabrielle knows how to listen and she's 100% in your corner. At our first (virtual) meeting, she identified the perfect community for us on Bainbridge Island. We soon found a property we wanted but couldn't move fast enough to see it and get an offer in by the deadline. As luck would have it, that buyers' financing fell through. Gabrielle contacted us immediately and we were able to put in an offer -- which was accepted within four hours! Before we moved in, Gabrielle arranged for painting and some minor repair work to be done, oversaw the project and negotiated a fair price . So, here we are, six weeks after closing, happily settled in our little home, and Gabrielle is STILL working for us. We're putting in some bookshelves and she got her favorite carpenter to make time in his busy schedule to complete the job. We've never known a realtor to do so much, before and after the sale. A hard worker who knows the area, pays attention, and is just a lovely person. We're so glad we found her.

We were buying from outside of Washington and she was truly our “eye’s on the ground” in this competitive market. Gabrielle kept us informed of new homes for sale as soon as they came on the market for well over 4 years. When we finally fell in love with a property she introduced to us, we had so many questions. She was always impressively quick to respond to all our inquiries, answering our questions professionally and accurately. Gabrielle was amazing to work with during our home buying process. With us being in Arizona and our loan officer in California I was worried it was going to be a difficult process buying in Washington but Gabrielle made the process very simple. She did virtual tours and when we did come into town took us on tours of houses we liked. She was extremely responsive to any questions/concerns we had. She goes above and beyond when representing her clients. She listens well to the needs of her clients and finds houses meeting the criteria in the budget. We are so thankful for all her hard work and finding us the perfect home! Very honest and would definitely work with her again in the future!

She goes above and beyond to try to make it as seamless of a process as possible for her clients - even when it means self-sacrifice. We are grateful for her wisdom and direction in making updates/modifications to the home, accepting an offer, and dealing with multiple stressful inspections. We highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell in the Kitsap area for we know she will fight for you and inform you every step of the way. She was an excellent communicator when we were already across the country, and she handled business at our home when we couldn't be there. We had to completely renovate our rental within 30 days and she made the connections, gave us advice and went the extra (many) miles to get us to the finish line. But what is more important was Gabrielle’s hands on assistance in the organization of my moving process. Her immediate responses to my needs for information and answers were timely . For someone who was put into a difficult situation with the abrupt passing of my former wife , she was the most knowledgeable compassionate person to help me through this process.
